Skill Development
Through a goal setting process a stay can be prepared to ensure that the individual can practice the skills needed to progress to independence.
Rest & Relax
Access to a full spread of games and streaming subscriptions we ensure that during relaxation times an individuals interests can be met.
Measure Progress
All support staff staying with an individual will be required to complete a progress report to demonstrate progress made to achieving their goals creating accountability for the purpose of the stay.
Ongoing Support
With access to the therapy team from Back to Basics HG support can be provided in times of need or to assess and monitor a program.*
